How you lodge a claim will depend on the incident and insurance type. We have listed the most common ones below. If you can’t find what you need, please call us on 1800 808 800.
Tool Insurance
If your tools have been stolen or damaged please click here to lodge your claim online.
You’ll need to have the following information before lodging your claim:
- Details of the incident (time, date, description, etc)
- Police report details
- Details of each item you are claiming
- Evidence of ownership for each item (scanned receipts preferred)
Quotes for replacement items will also be required, but this will come a little later and is not required with the initial claim lodgement.

Public Liability Insurance
The first point to be aware of is that you should not accept responsibility for any incident at this stage. This is a condition of virtually all public liability policies in Australia.
The insurance company will investigate the incident and will typically appoint an assessor and legal representation to assist in determining who might be at fault and to what extent they are at fault.
Please call our office on 1800 808 800 to lodge your public liability claim. Due to the nature of these claims we do not have online lodgement.
